All trading decisions are entirely your own responsibility.

MindTraide helps you understand your behavioral patterns but does not guarantee improved trading results. Past performance data shown in your analytics does not guarantee future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Broker API connections are read-only and provided at your discretion. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly depending on your selection. All prices are in USD. You can cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, scrape, or resell any part of the MindTraide platform. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm other users. Automated access to the platform (bots, scrapers) is prohibited without written permission.
All content, design, code, and AI models within MindTraide are our intellectual property. Your trade data belongs to you. The analytics, reports, and coaching insights generated from your data are provided as part of the service and may not be commercially redistributed.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, including missed trading opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
MindTraide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
