MindTraide collects your email address when you join our waitlist. When the product launches, we will collect trade data (imported via CSV or broker API connection) and usage analytics to provide our services. We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver the features you use.
Your trade data is used exclusively to generate your personal behavioral analytics, AI coaching responses, and performance reports. We never sell, share, or distribute your financial data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve our AI models. Your individual data is never exposed.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Broker connections are strictly read-only. We never place trades on your behalf. We follow industry-standard security practices including regular security audits and access controls to protect your sensitive financial information.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our product so we can improve it. You can opt out of non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings or our cookie preferences panel.
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and hosting infrastructure. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and only process it on our behalf. We do not share your trading data with any third party.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and trade history is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for product improvement purposes.
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete all your personal data at any time. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us directly. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
